26.10.2018
Vilniaus Vandenys is the largest water supplier in Lithuania, servicing approximately 250 000 clients. The company supplies its customers with pure drinking water from deep boreholes, safely handles sewage and operates related water supply and sewage systems.
Hansab won the public tender and was chosen to modernize the company’s operated sewage stations in Vilnius and its district, Šalčininkai, and Švenčionys.
“Our offer was to install an automatic counting system, which can be fully customized according to customer’s demands. The system we implemented in sewage station in Vilniaus Vandenys is currently one of a kind in Lithuania – says Hansab’s sales project manager Mantas Budraitis.
8 sewage stations have been modernized using automatic license plate recognition, administration and management software, and hardware.
“Implemented solution enables sewage collection stations to be managed in a centralized way. One of the most important features of the system is that it enables to automatically manage people and transport access into our territory, which improves safety and better compliance to environmental protection regulations” – says the head of the customer service of Vilniaus Vandenys Giedrė Blazgienė.
In collaboration with Alna Software, Vilniaus Vandenys has been offered a new and already tested hardware integration. G. Blazgienė also noted that a new system allows to swiftly solve issues related to administration of contracts, customer service, supervision of sewage collection stations and helps to investigate related incidents.
Main benefits of the system:
• Adaptability. This solution is adaptable according to the individual customer’s demands, which helps to solve arising issues quickly.
• Integration. The solution can be integrated with existing or future systems (i.e.: finance, document management, and others).
• Modules. The implemented solution can be expanded anytime or new infrastructure and other solutions can be embedded into this one.
• Automatization. The solution automatizes the day-to-day processes of Vilniaus Vandenys thus reducing the chance of error and also helps in saving employees’ time.
• Convenience. Through the special application, employees and clients are able to see the information, which is only applicable to them.
In the future, Vilniaus Vandenys plans to expand the aforementioned solution and thus together expanding the possibilities of the implemented system.
We hope to have a sustainable and long-term collaboration.
