In November 2024, Telia's newest and most modern store opened its doors to visitors in Viru Keskus, focusing primarily on environmental conservation and sustainability. The store's furnishings are made of environmentally friendly materials, and it also offers a wide selection of newly used smart devices.
However, environmental friendliness is not limited to interior design and product selection ā technological solutions also contribute to sustainability. Hansab has installed a mobile ticket queuing system and electronic price labels to help reduce paper consumption and ensure a dynamic and efficient customer experience.
The mobile queueing ticket allows customers to take a queue number directly from their smart device, reducing the need for paper tickets and making the service process smoother. The queueing system is based on the Qmatic Orchestra 7 platform, a centralised queueing solution for the central management of a service provider's various branches. This allows to optimise the service process, improve the customer experience and ensure a smooth service even with a higher number of visitors.
Electronic price labels allow you to update product prices quickly and easily, avoiding the need to constantly print and replace paper labels. This not only reduces paper use and waste, but also ensures up-to-date and accurate price information. Produced by VUSION, the world's largest manufacturer of electronic price labels, these price labels provide a modern and reliable solution.
Hansab's solutions fit perfectly with Telia's sustainability principles, helping to create a greener and smarter service environment.
