Hansab IT Solutions OÜ Privacy Policy For NETS SMART TERMINAL APP Users

Hansab IT Solutions OÜ (“Hansab IT Solutions”) knows that you care about how your personal information is used and shared, and we take your privacy seriously. Please read the following to learn more about our privacy practices (“Privacy Policy”). By using Nets Smart Terminal mobile applications („application“) that incorporates or utilizes services provided by AS Nets Estonia (Services) you accept the practices outlined in this Privacy Policy.

WHAT DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY COVER?

This Privacy Policy covers Hansab IT Solutions’ treatment of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) that Application gathers when accessing services with this Application. Your Personal data is not delivered to Hansab IT Solutions or any third parties by the Application, but used as part of this process, as further set forth in this Privacy Policy.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES APPLICATION USE?

The application uses  the following types of information from you when you use Application:

  • Bluetooth – Application asks your phone for a list of paired Bluetooth devices and saves information about your selected terminal in order to connect to it. This information is used only inside the application and not transferred outside.
  • Network connection – The application itself doesn't use the internet but enables your selected terminal to use your phone's wifi or mobile network connection.
  • Phone storage – The application keeps information about your selected terminal in phone storage.

HOW DOES HANSAB IT SOLUTIONS USE PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Hansab IT Solutions do not collect, sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personally Identifiable Information to outside parties. It is only used for application-related services.

Agents: We may employ other companies and people to perform tasks on our behalf – meaning they are helping us provide our Services. We may share your Personal Information with such companies/persons solely as necessary for them to help us provide the Services.

CONDITIONS OF USE

If you decide to use Applications, any possible dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of Estonian state law.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Hansab IT Solutions may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Use of information by Application is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time such information is used. If we make changes in the way we use Personal Information, we will notify you by changing this document and posting on our website. Users are bound by any changes to the Privacy Policy when he or she uses the Services (including through App) after such notice has been provided.
