Customer Queue Management Solution in "Telia" Stores

One of the largest telecommunications and IT service providers, Telia, partnered with Hansab to upgrade its customer queue management system. After carefully analyzing its needs and testing a pilot version, the company decided to implement the Qmatic system, which has now been installed in 19 stores across Vilnius.
Flexible and customisable system
When selecting a queue management system, Telia prioritized flexibility and adaptability.
“The main advantage of the new system is that it can be tailored to meet both our customers’ and our company’s needs. This includes customizable themes, the ability to display specific information, directing customers to the right service desks, and an intuitive user experience. The design of both the hardware and software, including an integrated ticket printer, was also an important factor for us,” said Telia representatives.
The new equipment has been designed to align with Telia’s updated store visual identity, ensuring a consistent look. The Qmatic system offers different terminal configurations and screen sizes, allowing installation in various locations—on the floor, on countertops, or mounted on walls.
Accessibility for People with Disabilities
Telia placed a strong focus on ensuring the new system is accessible for people with disabilities. The queue management terminals have been installed at an accessible height and feature special keyboards and adaptive screen designs.
